Always Respect The Capital

About us

Rethink & Diversify Securities Inc. is a registered exempt market securities dealer and one of the only securities dealers in Canada allowed to sell private investments online to everyday investors. For clients, we offer private equity and private debt deals that can provide unique diversification and returns than what you might find in the public markets, all without the emotionally driven ups and downs. For businesses looking to raise capital, we generally help companies with an established track record in every sector of the economy including consumer lending, real estate, farmland, flow-through shares, and more. We support small and medium sized Canadian businesses looking to become home-grown success stories. R&D can provide turnkey capital raising solutions that are regulatory compliant and, in some instances, eligible for registered funds (e.g. RRSPs). We can potentially bring your offering to market via our investor network or through our online private capital funding portal. If you have the ability to raise your own capital, we can provide legal and corporate finance advisory services to help bring your offering to market with confidence.

  • What is an Exempt Market Dealer? An Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) is like a specialized financial guide who helps you explore investment opportunities that aren't available through traditional channels like banks or the stock market. Think of an EMD as your personal travel agent for unique destinations. Just as a travel agent knows about hidden gems and exclusive spots, an EMD knows about private investments and niche financial products that can offer great potential returns. These investments in the past have only been available for seasoned investors looking for diversification beyond standard stocks and bonds but they are now available to you. With the guidance of an EMD, you get access to a broader range of financial options, tailored to your risk tolerance and financial goals. Ready to discover exclusive investment opportunities?
