Our strong tenant roster uniquely positions us to drive growth and create lasting value for our tenants, partners, unitholders, and communities where we operate. Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We honour the children who never returned home and the survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. RioCan employees across Canada took time to learn more about the history and legacy of the Residential School system in Canada and listen to the experiences of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. We engaged with communities by showcasing artist markets to celebrate Indigenous creativity, launching community lending libraries and providing complimentary books to promote access to education and awareness, and wearing orange shirts to honour the legacy of Residential Schools and support survivors.    #NDTR

RioCan’s August Career Board features another exciting opportunity to join our team: we are seeking a Marketing Manager, RioCan Living at the Yonge Eglinton Centre in Toronto. This role will require executing effective marketing initiatives to build awareness and generate leads for RioCan Living’s residential and mixed-use developments, including managing third-party creative agencies in the development of marketing collateral and execution of campaigns and events. Reporting to the Director, RioCan Living Marketing and Sales, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting RioCan Living’s existing and future residential developments. This will include overseeing day-to-day management of advertising campaigns, managing media buys, and supervising updates to RioCan Living and RioCan corporate websites. The successful candidate will also manage multiple marketing budgets, oversee the marketing setup of new condo and rental offices, and lead sales and purchaser-related events.
