Rohit Group is excited to announce the acquisition of 102 Street Centre in downtown Edmonton. This strategic 100% leased asset provides 130,000 ft² on 1.79 acres in the heart of downtown's finance core. 102 Street Centre is operating as a critical life sciences laboratory facility leased to Alberta Health Services (AHS) on a long-term basis. This asset also provides Rohit with long-term future redevelopment potential as the site allows for 12.0 x FAR on a pre-engineered podium with 524 underground parking stalls. We look forward to working with Epic Property Management and AHS on maintaining this critical infrastructure in downtown Edmonton.
