    Only 0.4% of SaaS companies reach $10M ARR. Only 0.001% make it to $50M ARR. Why? Little, hidden bottlenecks. 𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲. Processes that worked for $10K MRR tend to break at $100K. Depending on your next goal, you need to retool your CRM. Build new systems for revenue operations and churn. 𝟮. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻. I've seen leadership take on too many things and lose focus. If you're not hitting $1M ARR, over 50% of your time should be spent driving revenue.     Sharing a win from a SaaS Academy member: Achieved a month’s worth of traffic in 3 hours. He launched a new website with the help of SaaS Academy's coaches and content. The traditional approach to building a B2B SaaS website is flawed. 1. Collect random inspiration from other SaaS websites 2. Ask product, engineering, customer service, and sales teams what they need 3. Design the website by committee The website will end up looking identical to thousands of other SaaS sites. Instead, use a B2B SaaS Authority Architecture Framework that goes like this: 1. Consider the various stages of the customer journey 2. Structure the website to accommodate the main user journeys 3. Map out where content and resources should be strategically placed You don't just get a unique SaaS website... It's also highly effective at moving users through the buyer process, ultimately driving conversions. Of course, it takes clear goals, strategic planning, and discipline to execute this and achieve amazing results.
