Aerial View of Innovation in Action! 🏗️ Take a glimpse of our work on a 19-storey affordable housing development in Toronto's picturesque Briar Hill neighborhood! 🌆 This project, located at the intersection of Marlee Ave and Roselawn Ave, required a creative approach to shoring design – it incorporated a combination of soldier pile and lagging, as well as a caisson wall on the east facing side. At SRE, our Geo-structural engineering team optimized the design to maintain safe clearance from Hydro wires and utilized as-built drawings to protect the adjacent underground parking structure, ensuring a seamless and secure construction process.
