Another exciting day at #NACIC2024! Today, Nancy Lefebre & Fr. Dr. Matthew M. Durham, D.Min joined the global palliative care movement at the world's largest palliative care ECHO session! The Palliative Care ECHO Project, led by Pallium Canada and its partners, made history by hosting the ECHO session simultaneously online and in person this morning in Montreal. This session was an amazing display of collaboration with renowned palliative care & healthcare professionals from around the world discussing innovative approaches to palliative care and advancing primary palliative care, among other topics. #ECHOSession #ConferenceSeason #Collaboration #PalliativeCare #HospiceCare #ContinuedLearning

Nancy Lefebre & JourneyHomeHospice executive director Fr. Dr. Matthew M. Durham, D.Min are at the McGill International Palliative Care Conference in Montreal to help share information about our Foundation's collaboration with the SE Research Centre. During today's schedule, they also found time to network with ehospice CEO David Praill, catch up with JHH doctor Cam Matamoros, and discuss learnings from the conference with Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA) CEO Laurel Gillespie, MBA, CHE,(she/her/elle). It was a wonderful day of learning, sharing and networking and the team is looking forward to what tomorrow brings!
