About us
Science Atlantic is a registered non-profit that connects ten STEM disciplines: Aquaculture & Fisheries, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth Science, Environment, Mathematics & Statistics, Nutrition & Foods, Physics & Astronomy, and Psychology. Science Atlantic has been connecting science and technology faculty with their peers in the post-secondary education system for 60 years. As a network, Science Atlantic is a facilitator of expertise in science education and research. Our institutions continue to rise to the challenges of staying current in an ever-changing post-secondary education landscape and remaining productive contributors to our communities' workforces. Science Atlantic benefits its members by creating connections, inspiring partnerships, and fostering a sense of inclusive community. We collaborate on common challenges and solutions in science and technology education, research, and funding.
