Halifax, Nova Scotia 54 followers
An independent student-lead publication providing a voice for the students of Saint Mary's University for over 50 years.
About us
Founded in the 1960s, the Journal has been providing a voice to SMUdent’s for decades. As an independent publication, the Journal does not yield to the university or SMUSA but works to share an unbiased view of events and activities in our city block campus. In January 2020, the Journal converted from their traditional physical paper publication to a completely digital format. With a newly designed website and refreshed society constitution, the Journal is headed by a team of over a dozen excited students looking to follow their passion for writing, sales, marketing, editing, and leadership.
