This 1.1 million sq. ft. development sets a new standard for sustainability and innovation. What Makes Écoparc Laval 15 Special? LEED Gold Certification and Zero-Carbon Building (ZCB) Standards reflect its commitment to the environment. Thoughtfully planned in 4 phases, coordinating 8 unique building models to meet modern industrial needs. Our Role in the Journey It’s been an honor to contribute to this project alongside a talented team.
