Earlier this month, our team of nearly 200 people gathered in beautiful Halifax, NS for our unforgettable offsite event: SpryPalooza! 🎉 With the theme of "Living Our Values, Building for Scale," we embraced this opportunity to deepen our connections, innovate, and strategize for the future through a mix of insightful company sessions and engaging department breakouts. As a remote-first team, it was a unique opportunity to spend time together in person. We made the most of it with an action-packed week, including a Halifax-themed scavenger hunt around the waterfront 🗺️✨ One of the highlights of our week was a heartfelt community engagement event where we demonstrated our value “lead with kindness,” packing nearly 400 care packages for residents at Northwood's Halifax Campus. ❤️ These were delivered just in time for Canadian Thanksgiving. Thank you to everyone who made SpryPalooza a success! Here’s to living our values daily and building a brighter future together! 🚀
