𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. 💥   If you're already hitting your targets and earning full bonus, you've got this figured out.  But if you're just making your numbers and leaving money on the table, then stick around.   Let me ask you this:   ❓ Does your company invest in your development?  ❓ Do they offer a leadership training program that truly helps you grow?   𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:    You are your own security.   If you're not growing, others are passing you by. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭: 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬.   I get this question all the time from sales leaders:    "Steven, I want to invest in myself, but where should I focus?"   The answer is simple, and it's backed by 20 years of data:   1️. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 C𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵.  What is the difference between an average coach and a great coach? 20% more sales. That's the difference between hitting quota and blowing past it to earn a top bonus. Coaching is your biggest multiplier.   2️. 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 L𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.  Want your team to follow you through thick and thin? Be a bold leader. Outstanding leadership engages and inspires your team to push through challenges and hit their goals.   3️. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗮 S𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 C𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.  Don't micromanage, but build a system to manage performance effectively. Establish a rhythm that holds people accountable while empowering them to deliver results.   These three investments—coaching, leadership, and management cadence—will set you apart. Sales leaders who started as district managers and went on to become VPs of Sales—what's the secret? They didn't wait for their companies to invest in them.   They took charge. Performance was stagnant. They focused on revenue but not on the critical driver—coaching. 💡   Sales managers MUST be accountable for coaching their reps. Why? Because the numbers tell us one undeniable truth: coaching drives performance.   We made coaching a key performance indicator, and guess what?
