We were honoured to welcome Sherry Woods from the Siksika First Nation, who has been part of our team as a summer student for the past two years. Sherry was joined by her father, Charles, and her young daughter, Willow, to share their beautiful culture through traditional dances and a smudging ceremony. This event gave our team a chance to deepen our understanding of Indigenous traditions and reflect on the importance of Truth & Reconciliation. We continue to support and enhance our Indigenous awareness, relationships, and respect for culture. We talk about mental health and suicide prevention in safety meetings, feature mental health discussions in our company newsletters, and bring in speakers to engage with our teams.
