Our client is a Canadian-owned and operated storage solutions group of companies with over 50 operations from British Columbia to Quebec. They are focused on rapidly growing their operations and real estate portfolio by acquiring established storage facilities, expanding existing facilities, and building new locations. The Controller manages the daily financial operations of the organization, leading the Finance team to provide accurate and timely financial data essential for planning, performance evaluation, and decision-making. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller ensures compliance with accounting practices, internal controls, and procedures, while maintaining the integrity of management information and safeguarding assets. This role requires strong managerial, operational, organizational, and communication skills, as well as excellent customer service for all stakeholders, including Boards and committees. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, requiring you to work in the office 3 days a week and remotely from home the other days.
