Over the last 36 years we have built strong relationships with area installers and designers, thanks to our unmatched technical expertise and our reliability in providing creative onsite water and wastewater solutions. Tanks-A-Lot Industrial We manufacture custom structures for the protection of utility connections, as well as above-ground shelters that incorporate architectural precast concrete walls for noise attenuation barriers, subdivision boundary fencing, and entrance monuments. Other applications include wastewater treatment for country residential, commercial and municipal sites, as well as construction of cisterns, fire suppression and storm water holding tanks, sewage lift stations and more. TAL Stone Fence TAL Stone Fence is an exclusive licensee in Northern Alberta for Verti-Crete precast privacy fence and sound walls. These masonry-pattern walls combine the strength and durability of precast with the beauty of architectural stone. Verti-Crete applications can include subdivision boundaries, commercial separation (e.g. multi-unit developments and shopping plazas), transportation and transit sound walls, privacy fences, public utility and industrial walls, and trash enclosures. We were pleased to host guests from EPCOR Water Services and Power Departments for an educational tour at our plant. With Trevis Hanson from Canadian Concrete Pipe & Precast Association (CCPPA) we highlighted our manufacturing process and quality standards. EPCOR had the chance to see the concrete precast products used in city infrastructure up close. Special guest Bill LeBlanc presented and addressed questions about the Canadian Precast Concrete Quality Assurance (CPCQA) program. This visit was a great opportunity to showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.

We're excited to contribute to the Valley Line West LRT project in Downtown Edmonton. Our part was a precast concrete stormwater manhole 2400mm x 2.44m with a square opening into a round manhole. Excited to share our involvement in the Water Transmission Mains and Appurtenances project for EPCOR in collaboration with Wolseley Canada’s Edmonton Waterworks team, SMC2.0, and GS Construction | Underground Infrastructure. S3 Precast made 3000mm x 2400mm Mechanical Vault that features a 900mm Butterfly Valve. This installation type minimizes the on-site work required by a contractor.
