Happy Customer Service Week!   We want to highlight our incredible Customer Service Team at Tarion and acknowledge them for all the hard work that they do. As of the end of August, this team has received 67,450 emails and 42,004 calls, in reaction to this they have sent 86,243 emails back to our stakeholders and the average speed for answering calls has been 44 seconds. Our customer service team works tirelessly to make sure that our customers get the best experience possible and that every situation is handled timely and efficiently, while also maintaining professionalism in every interaction.   The theme of this year’s customer service week is “Above and Beyond”, and Tarion’s customer service team is a great example of this, as they help all of our stakeholders understand Tarion’s processes. When you buy a new home and it is all new to you, it can seem daunting to understand your rights and responsibilities. At Tarion we promise to work with you and your builder to make things easier for you.
