I LOVE going to on-site customer visits. Last week I had the honor of conducting an on-site visit at Yancey Bros. During the few days I was there, I visited with various team members touching on multiple service applications (ServiceLink, ServiceLink Flex, Condition Monitoring Portal, and Equipment Monitoring Toolkit). We had some great "aha" moments, addressed some pain points, identified some internal training opportunities, got some additional feedback, and helped a couple divisions to see the efficiencies in our mobile Flex app for which they are excited to start using for their techs!! Let us know if you'd like a quote to have one of us Professional Services Consultants come for an on-site visit with any of your teams!  As I like to say..."you don't know what you don't know!"
