🌟 Celebrating Week 4 of NDEAM 2024: The Power of Collaboration!🤝 This week, we're shining a light on how collaboration drives disability inclusion forward. At The Career Foundation, we understand that success comes from collective effort. M.G.’s story is a powerful example. Living with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years, she faced countless employment barriers, discrimination, and setbacks. At 57, finding a job seemed impossible—until she connected with our Employment Ontario and Empowering Abilities Program (EAP) teams, who together empowered M.G. to secure a role that met her accommodation needs. This team effort shows the true impact of support and perseverance. M.G.’s journey reminds us that when we work together, we can overcome even the toughest barriers and create truly inclusive opportunities. Let’s keep pushing for a future where everyone’s abilities are recognized and celebrated! If you or someone you know is dealing with similar challenges, feel free to reach out! Check out our webpage for more info on how we can work together to find a solution: https://buff.ly/3UHuzgj #NDEAM2024 #DisabilityInclusion #CollaborationMatters #EmpoweringAbilities #InclusiveWorkplaces #EmploymentOntario #WCGSPNPartners
