Our team is proud and excited to finally reveal Gears of War: E-Day, the next mainline game in the Gears of War universe, set during the pivotal Emergence Day, fourteen years before the original Gears of War game. E-Day serves as an origin story, offering a deeper look into the series' beginnings. It also represents a fresh start technically, as we are once again setting a new standard of technical excellence by building E-Day from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5. Every character, environment, and animation has been completely rebuilt to portray the Gears universe with unprecedented detail and fidelity.
