A recent study run by Hays says that 71% of Canadians are planning on changing jobs this coming year. That’s a staggering amount of shuffling. Picture a room of 100 people. Now picture 70 of them getting up and changing seats. It’s loud and it’s chaotic. Agency owners and leaders: are you ready? Your teams are going to be headhunted more. And the roles are going to get more attractive. Have you started to actively engage your staff more to make sure they’re getting what they need in their current roles? Do you need to add to your teams and are you prepared for your own increase in turnover? Have you recently reviewed your EVP and does it resonate with your target candidate? Do your teams have the right skills to manage an increase in volume? Consider increasing training to fill or refresh those skills gaps. Employees are less likely to look elsewhere if they feel valued and invested in. Reach out to talk about how we can help with your training and recruitment. https://lnkd.in/g4fhvXDf

Why We Offer Sales Training Along With Recruitment We’re often asked why we offer training and coaching as well as recruitment services. As the Founder and Managing Partner, Carrie Gulland notes, “If we provide sales training and coaching to newly recruited staff, we ensure their chance of success and that of their employer. Ongoing group training and individual coaching are just as important, as this ensures the initial training sticks and new information can be added as people progress and encounter obstacles. A recent study found that 65% of sales reps say that ongoing support led to their success. And your success is our goal, and that’s why we recommend combining recruitment with training. Another study about ongoing sales coaching notes an 8% increase in annual revenue, a 28% higher win rate in structured coaching programs, and an 88% productivity boost compared to training alone. “Having been a recruiter, a leader of a sales team, and a manager of salespeople, I have seen the need to provide ongoing support and how it leads to success. That’s why we offer ongoing support as part of our core services. We’re in this to ensure success for everyone. And the stats, along with my experience, tell us that this is the way to achieve it.”
