Why are grant reports important? When you receive funding from the Foundation or other organizations, part of the experience includes submitting a report to detail how your project went. But a grant report shouldn't be just checking the boxes and telling your funder that your project went well. A good grant report is a jumping-off point for increasing the impact of your project, potentially helping you invite future gifts, secure other grants, and share the story with your community through communication pieces like a narrative budget, annual report, case for support and more.
