Empowering individuals and organizations to see the future through the decisions they make today!

About us

At Timezyx, we're not content with merely living in the present. We stand at the precipice of innovation, offering a vista into the uncharted territory of the future. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to transcend the boundaries of conventional decision-making. By harnessing the power of our models, we illuminate the path ahead. "Timezyx" encapsulates our focus: "Time" signifies our constant connection to the ever-flowing river of existence, while "zyx" embodies the intricate coordinates of experience. Together, we shape a new dimension of understanding, where the decisions made today ripple into a future that can be more certain than ever before. Our Digital Twin Lab, epitomizes this philosophy. By fusing the insights garnered from Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) with cutting-edge models, Digital Twin Lab creates a living, data-driven twin of physical structures. This twin doesn't just mirror the present – it envisions potential scenarios, anticipates challenges, and guides strategic actions to fortify infrastructure resilience.

TIMEZYX at EWSHM 2024 in Potsdam, Germany: 11th European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring. https://lnkd.in/gVriGwgp Our CEO, Dr. Kamyab Zandi, Ph.D., Docent, will be presenting at the 11th  European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring, EWSHM 2024, a world-class event that showcases the latest advances and innovations in structural health monitoring. The conference will take place on 10-13 June, 2024, at Potsdam, Germany. Presentation Highlights: In his talk “Smart Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and Enhanced Structural Modelling” Dr. Kamyab Zandi will detail the importance of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and advanced structural modelling in ensuring the integrity and serviceability of bridges. At the heart of this research lies the concept of a Structural Digital Twin, a living structural simulation that brings SHM data and structural models together to reflect the actual state of a structure. The outcomes of this research lay a solid ground for the future development of structural digital twins for buildings and infrastructure. These outcomes also offer essential recommendations aimed at enhancing the longevity and safety of bridges, thereby contributing to the continuous evolution of resilient transport infrastructure. #digitaltwins #structuraldigitaltwins #SHM #StructuralHealthMonitoring #EWSHM

TIMEZYX at IABMAS 2024 - Copenhagen: The future of management, safety, risk assessment, sustainability and digitalization of existing bridges. Our CEO, Kamyab Zandi, Ph.D., Docent, will be attending the 12th International Conference on Bridge Maintenance, Safety and Management, IABMAS 2024 - Copenhagen. The conference will take place on June 24th-28th, 2024, at Tivoli Congress Center, Copenhagen, Denmark. Our presentation “Recommendations for Structural Assessment of RC Slabs Using the Finite Element Method” provides comprehensive recommendations for engineering practice in the structural assessment of reinforced concrete (RC) slabs using advanced Finite Element (FE) analysis. Furthermore, a multi-level structural assessment strategy that offers a framework for progressively advanced analysis will be presented. The research shows that advanced nonlinear FE analysis can be used to demonstrate higher performance and longer lifetime than with conventional engineering methods. Such analyses allow for a more accurate description of structural behavior, often revealing higher, yet conservative, load-carrying capacities. We look forward to sharing our advancements in the ongoing dialogue on enhancing the durability and efficiency of transportation infrastructure. Join us at IABMAS 2024 - Copenhagen as we discuss innovative and advanced methods to maximize the potential of existing structures. The research project was led by: Dr. Mario Plos of Trafikverket, Swedish Transport Administration (Project Lead and Presenter) Dr. Morgan Johansson of Chalmers University of Technology and Norconsult,  Prof. Jiangpeng Shu of Zhejiang University Dr. Kamyab Zandi of TIMEZYX.
