In this role, you will: •Manage customer touchpoints (calls, emails, chatbot, web forms). •Track and resolve service tickets using Hubspot CRM, escalating when needed. •Perform product installations, programming, and repairs in the field. •Build and maintain training content for stakeholders. •Present service insights at monthly company meetings. •Implement process improvements for a better customer experience. •Travel across North America for on-site support and be on-call as needed. Qualifications: •Post-secondary education in electronics or instrumentation. •5+ years in a customer-facing role (technical support, inside sales). •Experience with electronics troubleshooting and CRM software. •Familiarity with the trucking, liquid measurement, or petrochemical industries.
