The mission of Treble Victor is to enable ex-military personnel to achieve their full potential in post service careers.

About us

The majority of Treble Victor members have successfully transitioned to fulfilling careers outside the military yet remain connected with one another through the experience of ‘service to Country’ and by our shared principles of: • Mutual support • Integrity in all we do • Network for success • Direct in words & deeds We believe that the leadership training & experience we received through military service is unparalleled, yet it is generally undervalued, not recognized or just plain misunderstood in the marketplace. Through our activities, the profile of Treble Victor and its members and our mutual achievements & successes we wish to shatter this paradigm once and for all. The mission of Treble Victor is to enable ex-military personnel to achieve their full potential in post service careers, through our common values, mutual support, teamwork, mentorship, and our network’s connectivity. How can you help us achieve our mission?

I am pleased to announce the addition of Marcel Gagnier to the National Board of Treble Victor Group as Membership Director. Marcel, a former Canadian and UK infantry officer, transitioned to civilian life with a focus on business development and network building. Leveraging his military experience, Marcel has become a senior business developer in the tech industry, working with organizations ranging from start-ups to global enterprises in both the private and public sectors.   Marcel’s unique skill sets will greatly support the growth and retention of our membership at 3V and help to realize our mission to enable ex-military personnel to achieve their full potential in their post-service careers through our shared values of teamwork, mentorship, and network connectivity.    We are excited to have Marcel on board and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to our organization and its members.   At the same time I would like to express my gratitude to the outgoing Membership Director, Tom Quigley. Tom has done tremendous work enhancing our external network with corporations, government and allied veterans organizations as well as managing the Membership Director portfolio. I am delighted Tom will continue the outreach work in a different capacity reporting to me as National President.
