In Santiago this week, our CEO Paul Gow participated in the IOCG session of the excellent #LatinRocks conference hosted by Chile Explore Group. Alongside the likes of Professor Irene del Real Contreras, and Capstone Copper‘s Giancarlo Daroch, Paul shared the developments and results to date at our emerging La Higuera discovery in the Coastal IOCG Belt. Great event with over 300 participants discussing latest developments in exploration and geology across #Chile, #Argentina and #Brazil. The cherry on top was a candid fireside chat with industry legend #RichardSillitoe at the conclusion of two excellent days. Loaded with personal anecdotes from his almost 60-year career studying and discovering the world's great copper deposits and expertly moderated by #PepePerelló.

Our CEO Paul Gow recently sat down with the guys at VRIFY and host Karl Woll, for a conversation about "IOCG" (iron oxide copper gold) deposits. Want to learn more, have a watch/listen. Whilst IOCG deposits account for less than 15% of global copper production and, following the recent discovery and maiden resource for BHP's #OakDam, the category steeling some attention from the much-talked-about porphyry style of deposit. The largest examples of the deposit type include BHP's Olympic Dam and Lundin Mining Corporation's Candelaria mine in Chile. Video: https://lnkd.in/eD96yNdW Podcast: https://lnkd.in/emsXBkhX

Grateful for support from existing and new shareholders in this financing. Watch this space as we mobilise for geophysical surveying ahead of drilling at our recently acquired Chiricuto property. Chiricuto is located in the Capstone Copper dominated #Mantoverde - #SantoDomingo district of the Atacama region and hosts a large undrilled geophysical anomaly.

A little teaser before the full Rock Talk podcast episode, featuring our CEO Paul Gow, is released..
I sat down with Paul Gow last week for a class in IOCG deposits 101. Dr. Gow has extensive knowledge on IOCG deposits, starting with his work around Olympic Dam in the early 90s. He has worked on both the operational and research sides of the industry. In this clip, Dr. Gow discusses the importance trying to remove knowledge bias, and to not be overly prescriptive when exploring. The full interview will be released shortly!

Grateful for support from existing and new shareholders in the initial tranche of this financing and pleased with additional flexibility the Gaby purchase option extension provides. Proceeds from the financing will be used for pre-drilling activities and an initial 1,500 metre drill program at our exciting new Chiricuto project, which features a large undrilled geophysical anomaly located between the Mantoverde mind and the Santo Domingo project.

Grateful for support from existing and new shareholders for this C$2 million financing. Proceeds will be used for pre-drilling activities and an initial 1,500 metre drill program at the Company’s Chiricuto project, which features a large geophysical anomaly that remains undrilled. “This additional capital […] will ensure we are well financed to advance and drill test the significant geophysical anomaly at the recently acquired Chiricuto project. The high calibre of investors we have attracted reflects the exciting exploration potential at the Chiricuto project and our team’s proven track-record at the La Higuera copper-gold project” — Paul Gow, CEO Tribeca Resources Details here: https://lnkd.in/eAcccE-h

We will be in Santiago next week for "CESCO Week" and the CRU World Copper conference. Our CEO Paul Gow will present at the Exploration Forum alongside peers from the likes of Lundin Mining Corporation, Los Andes Copper Ltd. and Hot Chili Ltd IR (ASX/TSXV: HCH) (OTCQX: HHLKF). Get your tickets here: https://lnkd.in/dNbpaWE or DM Paul to arrange a meet-up. Side-note: it's no coincidence these joint events take place here. Chile accounts for almost a quarter of global copper production.

Tribeca Resources is growing! We've acquired an option that will allow us to drill-test a previously undrilled, geophysical anomaly in the emerging copper-producing Mantoverde District of northern #Chile. Tribeca's flagship La Higuera IOCG Project - where we've just completed Phase 2 drilling - remains our priority. But exploration targets like the one at Chiricuto are exactly the type of opportunity Tribeca was founded to pursue. It therefore provides an exciting addition to our Chilean #copper portfolio.
