Ultima Home Care is a brand new innovative health care company, operating accross Ontario, with our headquarters in Windsor Ontario. Our goal is to offer bespoke services that match the needs of our clients. We truly understand the importance of enabling our clients to retain their independence. We believe that when individuals are most vulnerable because of illness, disability or age, they need and deserve the utmost protection. Home is where the heart is. But when aging makes life a little more challenging, a little extra help can make a huge difference in quality of life. Ultima can help make life easier for those dealing with the challenges of aging, a disability or recovering from an illness or injury in the comfort of the home. Our mission is to provide excellent care and service in everything we do.
