As we analyze the floor plan data, it's fascinating to compile national average square footage reports. The variations mirror the diversity of the nation itself. In states like Utah and Colorado, average home sizes are notably larger. Utah, leading the way, boasts an impressive average of 5,806 square feet. This reflects a preference for spacious living areas, possibly due to its lower population density and an appreciation for open spaces. In contrast, the bustling state of New York shows an average home size of 3,434 square feet, which drops to 1,868 square feet in densely populated New York City. This difference highlights the premium placed on space in densely packed urban areas. At the city level, Las Vegas, Nevada, averages 3,073 square feet per home, accommodating the city’s flair for entertainment. Conversely, Hartford, Connecticut, surprises with an average of 4,606 square feet, challenging preconceptions about older cities having smaller homes. We're excited to announce 🎉 the completion of our inaugural 3D Video Fusion project for a school 🏫! Starting in January, this educational institution will leverage the 3D VF 🎥 to showcase and highlight its unique advantages 🌟 to prospective students and parents. But that's not all – in addition to serving as an innovative marketing tool 🛠️, the 3D VF has also delivered detailed floor plans 🗺️ of the entire school. This not only aids in visualizing the space but also enhances our understanding of the school's layout and facilities for new student 📐.

Scanning diverse spaces with our 3D Video Fusion technology 🤔 has led to valuable insights, shaping our best practices for the future. Our recent experience with a car dealership's 3D VF was enlightening. 🕵️♂️ We noticed that incomplete coverage in the 3D environment leaves something to be desired.  As a result, we've established our first official guideline for creating 3D VFs: it must start with a comprehensive 3D tour.  Simple, yet effective. 🤓 We're planning to rescan the car dealership 🚗 to adhere to this new standard and enhance the overall experience. 👌
