As the leaves begin to fall and the air grows crisp, I'm reminded of the power of letting go. In nature, this season marks a transition—a time to shed what no longer serves us to make room for renewal. This fall, as we approach the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR), it's an important time to reflect on how we can actively support reconciliation and decolonization. NDTR is not just a day of reflection—it's a call to action. Moving forward in reconciliation means being open to change, recognizing where we hold onto limiting beliefs, and actively engaging in learning and relationship-building. I’ve created a list of things we can let go of to make space for deeper connection, accountability, and commitment to reconciliation and decolonization. As we transition into this season, ask yourself: What are you ready to let go of to create meaningful change? #NDTR #NationalDayForTruthAndReconciliation #Reconciliation #Decolonization #IndigenousRelations #Leadership #FallReflection #LettingGo #TruthAndReconciliation #DecolonizedLeadership #LearningAndGrowth #IndigenousKnowledge #CulturalAwareness #SelfReflection
