WES Environmental consists of four divisions: environmental consulting (commercial and residential), septic design and planning, underground service locating and a specialized excavation division. WES has provided professional environmental consulting services on Vancouver Island since 1997. WES see's every project as individual and having its own unique needs, as such, is equipped and staffed to better help our clients through every step of the project. Our specialized equipment minimizes our construction foot print and allows us to preserve the integrity of mature residential or commercial properties, including conserving existing structures, landscaping and plant material. WES owns and operates some of the most unique industrial equipment that allows work within a minimum or confined space near homes, out buildings or property lines. Specializing in residential and commercial soil remediation, over the years WES has conducted underground fuel storage tank (UST) removal programs, soil excavation programs contaminated waste handling and disposal and ground water monitoring programs. Wittich Environmental Services Ltd. completes spill clean ups in accordance with the Ministry of Environment’s Waste Management Act/Contaminated Sites Regulations, B.C. Reg. 263/90 -Spill Reporting Regulation. WES supplies our commercial and industrial clientele with a wide range of services and documentation including: Stage 1 & 2 preliminary site investigations, COC's, Detailed Site Investigations (DSI) and Government Releases.
