Step into tranquility with us at this dreamy beach house in Southern Nicaragua! Nestled right by the shore, this open concept design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Imagine waking up to panoramic views of the ocean, with the salty breeze gently wafting through every corner. 🌊☀️ With as much deck space as living space and a two-storey sliding glass wall, the design team made the most of the beach experience for this couple. Upon arrival one immediately notices glimpses of the ocean beyond the house before reaching the magnificent 10 foot solid wood double-door entry. On crossing the threshold, you are immersed in the nearly surreal view of the ocean just 100 feet beyond the property. The ocean-front experience and beach living was our objective in this design project. From the airy and bright living spaces that invite natural light to the minimalist decor, every detail of this home reflects a sense of coastal elegance. Whether it's lounging in the sun-drenched patio or hosting sunset gatherings on the expansive deck, this space is where memories are made for our client. 🌅 ✨ You can view the final photos by clicking the link below! Brian has 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, residential and various manufacturing applications. His career began in 1987, when he launched an architectural drafting company from his basement. Since those early days of entrepreneurial spirit, Brian has honed his business acumen and architectural expertise to lead an award-winning architectural firm. Brian believes that ethical behaviour fosters a creative team environment. Through this kind of leadership, decisions relating to project delivery will ultimately provide positive solutions to the client and end user. Our team at Wolsey Wall Architecture & Interior Design alongside brian wall, Architect have been working with the team at Kenora Veterinary Clinic to create a new, state of the art Veterinary Clinic at 309 Matheson St. S in Kenora, ON (the former Frosted Foods building).  We saw the Frosted Foods building come down this week in preparation for the new building. This 10,000 square foot clinic will house treatment rooms, operatories and the only underwater treadmill for animal rehabilitation in Northwest Ontario. The owners of the clinic have even included living accommodations for visiting professionals! They have thought of everything! We are excited to witness this growth within Kenora and be apart of its expanding community. #architecture #design #development #veterinaryclinic #kenora

The Olympic Stadium was designed by Jan Wils in 1928 games earned and won the Olympic gold in architecture. "During the first four decades of the modern Olympic Games, 151 medals were awarded for music, painting, sculpture, literature, and architecture. Baron Pierre de Coubertin, who revived the modern games and founded the International Olympic Committee, considered art an essential part of the competition.
