Using Monitor & Report, customers can capture real time production line performance data from every machine in a line, analyze it, identify the root causes of line downtime and then implement corrective actions to eliminate it. It provides in-depth support for Continuous Improvement initiatives, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, Six Sigma projects, day-to-day production management, and real time line monitoring and alerts to accelerate downtime troubleshooting.
