Peter Durant and Adel Pippo co-authored a blog on Derenzis v. Gore, a significant Superior Court decision underscoring the importance of proper jurisdictional channels in accident benefits disputes. The Court reaffirmed that the LAT has exclusive jurisdiction over statutory accident benefits disputes, protecting insurers from being drawn into complex and costly civil litigation.
