🇨🇦POLICE | SCREENING MISCONDUCT TPS | When you're a "legitimate" internal target Extracts: Toronto Star "Disciplinary hearing for Toronto Police Superintendent Stacy Clarke. Stacy Clarke has the distinction of being the first black woman to attain the rank of superintendent, on the Toronto force and is currently facing a battle to save her job due to allegations of “misconduct.” Admittedly, Clarke shared interview questions with six Black constables who were eligible for promotion. What’s not in question is the fact she did it." --- Let's get serious now.. Undoubtedly, the police institution is the king of cheating and deceit. From the moment you enter the police academy (nepotism), right up to the chief of police: https://lnkd.in/ebVEZXmA https://lnkd.in/epsHAeEM Police lie all the time, and I mean all the time — to protect themselves when we try to discipline them, cell phones, bodycams reveal/confirm police lies thousands of times a day on the net — or when testifying in court, to cover up their illegalities, out of vengeance or to enhance their careers (guilt rates/arrests): https://lnkd.in/e3ggM-DM https://lnkd.in/eMzmWJkq https://lnkd.in/eRYZBa2H https://lnkd.in/eDB9CtaA https://lnkd.in/dviqd64S Chief of Police is one of the most criminalized functions in a police department — the chief has complete command of internal affairs — the level of high-crime, IA coverups to safeguard the organization, dirty politics, far exceeds anything the average citizen can imagine: https://lnkd.in/eQJcNFZU https://lnkd.in/e5BQtn3g https://lnkd.in/e76CmV8J https://lnkd.in/eeiTjR-F https://lnkd.in/e-u-56Bx Few professions can compare to the police when it comes to lack of integrity and its catastrophic consequences/damage to a society, it's systemic, chronic: https://lnkd.in/eZNY_dxx To sum up, left in control of their schools, internal affairs, internal discipline or promotions for example, the police have always found ways to circumvent social rules — the police are experts in deception and cheating. The entire police culture does this knowingly and actively promotes these deviant behaviors — so my question is: Why are we making an exception with Superintendent Stacy Clarke? Because she's a "legitimate" target — It's a closed society who self-forged their rules, unofficially, because they have the power to do so. Superintendent Clarke is "worth" momentarily losing a little institutional credibility — she's the clearly identifiable enemy of the old boys' club... of the establishment.. — The official rules open to the public generally apply when the unofficial rules governing the police institution so permit — This has nothing to do with integrity or justice in Superintendent Clarke's case.. in fact, it's quite the opposite.. When it's the traditional system of Caucasians promoting each other, you're good to go.. When you select situations where official rules apply, you're lying to your entire population. ---

What are Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs): PNPs are programs in Canada that allow provinces and territories to nominate individuals who have the skills and experience to address their specific labor market needs. Each province offers its own streams tailored to various professions, work experiences, or educational backgrounds. Benefits of PNPs: ● Faster Processing Times: PNPs generally have quicker processing times compared to the Express Entry system, helping individuals settle in Canada sooner. ● Focus on Specific Skills: PNPs target provincial labor market needs, increasing chances for applicants whose skills align with those priorities. ● Variety of Options: With multiple PNP streams across Canada, applicants have a higher chance of finding a program that matches their qualifications. Who Can Apply Through PNPs: PNPs are open to skilled workers, international graduates, entrepreneurs, and business investors. Eligibility criteria vary by province, but some streams may require a job offer from a pre-approved employer within the province. Turn Your Canadian Dreams into Reality: Explore PNP Options Now!
