Moving to a new country presents both exciting opportunities and unique challenges, especially for those in the medical field. Understanding the Canadian healthcare landscape and available career paths is crucial for international medical graduates (IMGs) and internationally trained physicians (ITPs) seeking to establish themselves in Canada.   We are pleased to host a webinar on "Alternative Career Pathways for International Medical Professionals Pursuing Licensure in Canada" for our program participants. This informative session will cover essential topics for IMGs and ITPs, including: · Strategies for building a strong healthcare portfolio for Canadian medical licensure pathways · Exploration of regulated healthcare career options · Insights into healthcare positions of interest, with or without certification requirements · Q&A session to address specific queries   Our expert speaker, Ranika Singh, brings nearly 20 years of experience in domestic and international healthcare recruitment. She developed her expertise over an eleven-year career at an Ontario provincial government agency, an innovative healthcare recruitment initiative designed to help local and international medical graduates navigate their pathway to success in Canada.   This webinar is a valuable opportunity for internationally trained medical professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, explore diverse career pathways, and set themselves up for long-term success in their journey towards licensure.
