As a business owner or C-Suite, COO, CFO, HR, Labour, OHS, DEI have you ever thought about engaging in a table top exercise to break down the silos, identify the vulnerabilities, hazards and identify what is working to build upon prevention! Disaster- term is a social construct…. Exposure to Disasters can be #traumatic Psychosocial Hazards and Risk can results in disasters in the workplace that can cost time, money and human assets! My takeaway- Identifying Psychosocial hazards require integration into disaster management systems to mitigate vulnerabilities that emergency management professionals are exposed to and respond with a #presilient and #traumainformedframework
