Commerce without morals

Honestly, a zero star their customer service isn't a service at all, not only don't they have a have sufficient people who can cater to international people (English speaker). Secondly, the packages are sketchy, for any package you pick just know they will charge a ridiculous price after and if file a claim, it will just get lost and no one will address it.

I can barely give 1 star

I can barely give 1 star, what a shocking customer service experience. I highly recommend that you AVOID signing up on any SOSH service, regardless of what people say about their service, its not true.

Worst experience with customer service…

Worst experience with customer service I have ever had. The company won't let me terminate my contract, despite me having written with 5 different customer service employees, that all have either sent me on, or just blatantly lied to me. While the 5th person said she would terminate it for me, I get an invoice the two following months, just to find out she hasn't. never touch this company or think that its the answer for you. it isn't. Run away.

Useless customer services

The worst internet provider and the worst customer service.
No internet for a month, the customer services are useless, each time I contact them they tell me a different story.
Let's not talk about technical services, If you are lucky and they arrive, they arrive very late. The appointment is from 8am to 1pm. the technician came 4pm !
Not recommended at all.

Nothing changes!

We have signed up for fibre. They gave us a time span and even messaged the day before with an 0830-1030 window. We texted him at 11am as he had not arrived. He didn’t call us until 1200 to say he wouldn’t be coming due to a network issue. Who the hell has the time to wait in for these timewasters?

Sosh is the worst

Sosh is the worst. Please use any ANY other company.
I cannot tell you how useless their costumer service and services are.
My sim card never arrived so I canceled my subscription. I did it online because they have an online chat, also I couldn't find and email or phone that would function to contact them. Later on I received several emails to pay for a service I never used and a sim card I never received. I spoke with their costumer service and they said they had fix it. I spoke several times because of the MANY emails. However their operations are so incompetent that I received even legal notice proceeding from a third company to pay them more money than the plan I had chosen .
It has been awful a lot of time lost and money. Please do yourself a favor and don't chose them.

Disgusting service.

Awful, no internet for 3 weeks, waited 30 hours in total for 3 technicians who did not honour their appointements, was lied to repeatedly by the advisors and then they tried to charge me €239 for the technicians who didn’t bother to do their job. Do not take a contract with them!

Horrible

Horrible. They were supposed to come to install internet twice, they did not show up twice. Worst custumer service ever! Only contact chat and fully not informed or capable to answer a question. I lost two weeks and many hours to a company which is a nightmare. Even stopping the contract took me hours. DON'T GO THERE!

Horrible customer service

I ordered their electronic sim card, never worked. Client service super bad and super slow in responding to you (expect at least 2 hours for an easy question!) I had to go to their shop to get the sim card and activate it.. now the sim card after a year is not working for no reason and I wasn't in France. Super hard to get a new one as they direct you to their chat box again and their 3976 number that also directs you to their chat box... waiting again for 3 hours with zero solution!!!!

Don't use SOSH

I subscribed to fibre in my new house. The guy installed the optical socket behind the fridge which was clearly hopeless. I've got the livebox hanging in mid air and I can't plug in the phone. He said he didn't have time to move it but that someone would return within a couple of days to move it. Needless to say I heard nothing. So I've contacted customer services numerous times and arranged 2 further visits but no one has come. Customer services continue to fob me off. It's been 3 weeks with no phone and an internet connection that is likely to fail at any time. Pathetic.

Horrible company

Horrible company, apart from a horrible customer service I became a client there for less than 15 euros per month. When I decided to quit with them I received a nice bill of 130 euros, although I did not use my Sosh card for 2 months. You never know what bill they’re gonna give you. Stay away from this pathetic excuse of a company!!!

Sosh is a horrible experience

Sosh is a horrible experience. The notion of service is inexistant. The service is organized by ill programmed robots and from time to time a non-robot telling you you will be transferred to ... another robot.
The customer is a nuisance. To avoid at all times.

Appalling customer service

Really poor service once you are up and running. Despite telling them my wall was being demolished and I needed a new line (which I was happy to pay for) they insisted they could not install anew line until my service was cut off. And I was told that SOSH does not accept customer feedback or complaints.

the service provided by Sosh is dismal

Ordered 1 mobile contract very easily. Then I was asked to provide all sorts of additional documents only available to French residents. Ended up canceling my order. Since then, I have been dealing with the only customer service available which is the Chat: terrible service, complete nonsense, they are not even capable of honouring their own deadline for the reimbursement. This is a company to avoid at any cost

Don't do it! Sosh is rubbish!

I was an Orange customer that transferred to Sosh when I left France, so I can use my French mobile within the EU. HA! Why bother...Don't ever do it! Sosh is absolute rubbish. Pathetic service. Orange have set this up purely to profit from without actually delivering a service. It's despicable to treat customers this way.
No one can call me within The Netherlands...it goes to a recorded message that I am not available at the moment...and no, I don't have voice mail activated.

A totally incompetent thieving company

A totally incompetent thieving company, 2 and a half weeks of intermittent connections, appointment of technical pseudo experts never honored, they take all your money and they charge you 50 euros for leaving them. By any standard this is like Free.fr a company whose rules are designed to steal from you without providing ANY service.

Dishonest customer service, slow fibre

Their fibre connection is too slow to allow you to wath movies on Friday or Saturday evenings.
They damaged my house when they installed fibre optic cable. I have contacted them 5 times and each time they say it has been elevated to “un niveau superieure” and it will be resolved in two weeks. They have done nothing in 8 months. Totally unacceptable.
