We recently collaborated with EnBW to enhance power infrastructure in Stuttgart. The 10-week project upgraded critical components at Stuttgart's Altbach/Deizisau energy plants with the ultimate goal to ensure stable power supply to the community. A key component of this project was tackling aging infrastructure by introducing the latest digital switchgear, ultimately to boost the plant's safety, sustainability and reliability.

In 2023, 181 countries signed the Global Renewables and Energy Efficiency Pledge at COP28. A recent report from the International Energy Agency (IEA), shows that despite accelerating growth in renewables capacity, the world is not on track to meet the pledge’s goals. Our approach to community engagement combines strategic corporate partnerships with country-level projects to address local needs. And we know that next-generation technologies and STEM disciplines will play a key role in making a net-zero future a reality. As an example we are equipping the next generation of professionals for advanced technology manufacturing by partnering with Arkansas Tech University’s Ozark campus to launch a career-readiness program. This collaborative workforce development initiative will offer a curriculum focused on essential operations competencies, including smart manufacturing, setup and operation of smart machines, precision measurement, robotics operation and production monitoring technology. This helps in pre-training candidates to succeed in our Ozark motor manufacturing facility, the region’s third-largest employer with over 250 employees.
