The first improvements have already occurred in September and further interest rate cuts are also on the cards. The results of the Global Family Office 2024 Survey indicate that:   • Real estate continues to be viewed as a stable and attractive asset class: Family offices, particularly those focusing on long-term diversification, see significant potential in this asset class. • Stable allocation: 55% of family offices kept their real estate allocation unchanged in 2024. This demonstrates that real estate is regarded as a reliable investment even in a changing economic landscape. • Optimistic sentiment: 37% of respondents expressed a positive outlook for real estate in the next twelve months.
