Beware of the Quality Monster: A tale from the quality management As we wrap up our #argohytos US series, it’s time for a spooky Halloween story - because there's nothing scarier than poor quality! 👻🦇🎃 Deep within the factory, Barry Garringer, our dedicated Quality Engineer, has brought the Quality Monster to life. With glowing eyes that flash green for good products and red for defective ones. It prowls the floors, rewarding workers with treats for following the quality process to perfection. But beware, when something goes wrong! The Quality Monster sounds a piercing alarm, removes the defective product, and guides the team through the necessary repair steps. This vigilant monster helps the team improve at every turn, ensuring standards are met and continuously guiding workers toward better results. And for management, the Quality Monster doesn’t stop there. It identifies areas for improvement and provides insights, making sure no product leaves without its glowing green approval. But as the sun rises and the shadows fade, we return to reality. We’re here with Barry, as he shares insights into his job as a Quality Engineer and the impact he has on ensuring highest quality standards. These innovations enhance customer systems and ensure ARGO-HYTOS stays at the forefront of hydraulic technology.
