Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming secondary school students for their first glimpse into the working world. We introduced them to our three apprenticeships: Hotel Specialist, Restaurant Service Specialist, and Chef. Our experienced team guided them through hands-on experience in the kitchen and service, showing them how to do mise-en-place preparations and set up a table. 🌍 We joined World Clean-Up-Day 2024! 🌍   For the first time, we took part in Switzerland’s Clean-Up-Day, organised by IGSU (Association for a Clean Environment). This inspiring initiative unites people across the world to combat litter and keep our surroundings beautiful.   Our team took responsibility for the area around Schanzengraben, collecting a total of 18 kg of litter.
