We were delighted to hold the second edition of the « Cross-generational Dialogues », an original idea born out of the research conducted by the Gen Z Observatory, an initiative of the Cartier – ESCP Business School – HEC Paris Turning Points Research Chair. Its focus on the Gen Z emphasized the need to invite other generations to the conversation, to foster a space of mutual learning and understanding. This year, the event brought together Cyrille Vigneron, Cartier Chairman of Culture & Philanthropy, the two co-scientific directors of the Chair, Anne Laure Sellier (HEC Paris) and Prof Ben Voyer (ESCP), Gen Z Observatory content curators and external experts who have explored the theme of « Commitment in the time of flexibility » on the campus of the ESCP Business School. Their conversations allowed to further build bridges between generations and shed the light on the insights of the Gen Z Observatory, a modern think-tank bringing together the two schools’ students and Cartier internal teams.
