Our Founder and Executive Chairman Claudio Cisullo has joined the Board of Directors of ARTEX AG, the sole shareholder and parent company of the Liechtenstein-based ARTEX Stock Exchange, co-founded by H.S.H. Prince Wenceslas von Liechtenstein and Yassir Benjelloun-Touimi in 2020 with a philanthropic vision to democratize and promote accessibility of art. Peppi Schnieper (Dr.oec. HSG) has been appointed to take on the role as Chief Executive Officer of CC Trust Group AG as of April 1, 2024.   This leadership change is a step in the future development of CC Trust. It was a pleasure to chair yesterday's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of our highly successful portfolio company One United Properties SA, a leading green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, commercial, and office real estate in Bucharest. We look back on another amazing half-year. For H1 2023, we report an increase of consolidated turnover by 25% y-o-y, reaching RON 843.5 Mio (EUR 170 Mio) and a decrease in administrative expenses by 37%. Our cash position remains strong with RON 398.2 Mio (EUR 80 Mio) and we report an annualized EPS of RON 0.15, representing an Earnings Yield of 16% at RON 0.935/share.
