💡 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 - 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗩 – 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 The Structured Solutions Resource Income Fund experienced a slight impact from the short-term interest rate increase by the Japanese central bank but was able to recover afterward. The month of August was characterized more by a holiday atmosphere than by active market sentiment. As a result, the fund management made very few changes to the fund. We anticipate that there will be minimal stimulus from central banks in September and leading up to the U.S. elections. Therefore, the fund management is gradually shifting focus to the important topics that the new U.S. government will set. We believe a change in interest rates is possible, though not immediately necessary after the election. Thus, we expect significant impacts from monetary policy in the first quarter of next year. Depending on the economic scenarios in the U.S. and China, we anticipate the first slight interest rate cuts at that time. As a result, we are slowly transitioning the portfolio toward longer maturities and gradually increasing the duration. 💡 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 - 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 – 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱    The Commodity Capital Global Mining Fund was able to continue its positive trend in August. However, a small interest rate hike by the Bank of Japan at the beginning of the month was enough to trigger a rarely seen surge in volatility. The resulting massive unwinding of yen carry trade credit speculation led to sharp declines in international stock markets. It was not until the Bank of Japan reassured markets that it would reverse its rate hike plans and guaranteed its readiness to ensure financial stability that the markets calmed down.    Once again, market participants were reminded that central banks have no choice but to adjust their policies to keep the global financial market casino running. The price of gold benefited from the market volatility, reaching a new all-time high.    In the current environment, we continue to see potential for the price of gold, which is currently rising solely due to demand from Asian central banks. We still see a target of USD 3,000 per ounce in the next six months and expect that a sustained increase in the gold price, along with significantly rising profits and margins of mining companies, will once again meet with more favor from investors in the coming months. "Networking is not about just connecting people. It is about connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities.” — Michele Jennae What better way to put this into practice than by engaging with industry experts in person at the Engineers of Finance #Partnerkongress in Northeim, where years of experience meet innovative insights and collaborative opportunities. On Monday, Dana Kallasch and Elina Espo from our Commodity Capital AG team had the opportunity to deliver a presentation and present our operations and strategic initiatives. The presentation highlighted the future outlook for critical minerals such as #gold and #lithium, and emphasized the crucial role mining companies play in addressing emerging trends and demands, positioning the sector as a compelling investment opportunity. Thank you to The Engineers of Finance AG for the excellent organization and to all participants and partner companies for the engaging conversations! #Network #Finance #criticalminerals #industryinsights

Did you know that #Hannover is recognized as Germany’s greenest city? With green spaces covering 11.36% of its surface area, Hannover is dedicated to maintaining a high quality of life through its Green City Plan. This Master Plan emphasizes sustainable and emission-free mobility, reflecting the city’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Hannover's focus on sustainability makes it an ideal setting for discussing the future of electric mobility and emerging trends in commodity investing. Yesterday, Commodity Capital AG, led by our CEO and Co-founder Dana Kallasch, participated in the Investmentfrühstück Regional in Hannover. We shared a crucial industry insight: European car brands are notably underrepresented among the top 10 electric vehicle manufacturers in China—a market that is rapidly becoming the global leader in electric mobility. This gap highlights the urgent need for European manufacturers to accelerate innovation and investment in the electric vehicle sector to stay competitive. Moreover, it underscores the critical role of raw materials in this transition. As demand for electric vehicles grows, securing a reliable supply of essential raw materials—such as lithium, cobalt, and rare earth elements—becomes increasingly vital for battery production and other key components. What are your thoughts on the future of electric mobility in Europe? Share your insights in the comments below! A special thank you to organizer Mario Walter for a successful event and to all the speakers for their valuable contributions. 📈🏅𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗚 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 (𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡: 𝗟𝗨𝟬𝟰𝟱𝟵𝟮𝟵𝟭𝟭𝟲𝟲) 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗔𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧’𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁    In a recent report, published on August 28, 2024, Das Investment has spotlighted Commodity Capital AG’s Global Mining Fund as one of the top performers in the gold mining sector. Despite gold prices hitting new highs, surpassing $2,500 per ounce in August, gold mining stocks have yet to reflect this growth fully. This lag is attributed to several factors, including inflationary pressures, past disappointing profits in the sector, and a market largely influenced by central bank purchases rather than broader investor demand.    Tobias Tretter, co-founder and CIO of Commodity Capital AG, provides insight into these dynamics. He points out that while inflation and past performance issues have weighed on mining stocks, he anticipates a positive shift. Tretter highlights that gold mining stocks are currently undervalued, benefiting from historically high margins and profits.    𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗚 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀:  - YTD Performance: 16.02%  - One-Year Performance: 18.62%  - Five-Year Performance: 13.88%  - Ten-Year Performance: 𝟭𝟰𝟯.𝟯𝟴%  - Maximal Drawdown Since Inception: 88.13%  - Sharpe Ratio (5 Years): 0.06  - Five-Year Volatility: 34.29%  - Fund Volume: €33 million    Tretter notes that the fund’s five-year volatility of 34.29% reflects the sector's inherent risks. Nevertheless, he is confident in the fund’s potential, given its strong margins and profitability.    With the gold market poised for growth and increasing institutional interest, the Commodity Capital AG Global Mining Fund is well-positioned to leverage these trends. For investors evaluating top gold mining options, this fund’s performance metrics and strategic approach provide potential investment opportunity.
