With a strong attraction to chemistry, he pursued an opportunity in the field, and four years later, he knows he found his true calling in the industry. Outside of work, Leandro is a sports enthusiast. Whether it's cycling, skiing, or fitness, he’s always up for a new sporting adventure. His love for the outdoors drives him to explore new places, especially in the mountains, where he feels most at home discovering beautiful landscapes.
