But beyond that, she’s training to become an Environmental Officer, driven by a deep commitment to protecting our oceans. Mima Goronjic has spent nearly her entire career at sea, rising through the ranks to become Financial Officer. The ocean has always been her home—and she wouldn’t trade it for anything, even a life on land. Cheryle Bagamaspad, our People Services Manager, sails the world with one purpose: to support her daughter’s dream of becoming a doctor. A mother’s love knows no borders. Claudia Boca started as a Cabin Stewardess and, through dedication and growth, is now a Housekeeping Manager—proof that ambition knows no limits. Vanessa Saunders, our Learning and Development Manager, treats every Host onboard like family. When asked if she has children, her answer is always the same: "Yes, about 650."
