We’re proud to see our Chief People Officer, Christelle Beneteau, on the A Leader Like Me podcast discussing how we foster a culture of inclusivity at Ferring. At Ferring, we believe that everyone has the right to a family and we’re committed to supporting people on their family-building journeys, no matter who they are, where they live or who they love.
I was thrilled to be invited as a guest on the A Leader Like Me podcast to discuss a topic that is so important to us at Ferring – creating a positive impact for our patients, our employees and society by fostering a culture of inclusivity. At Ferring, we are dedicated to championing inclusivity internally and externally. From our Building Families at Ferring programme, which helps potential parents across the globe on their family building journeys, to initiatives such as our partnership with Green Lamp to improve maternal health infrastructure and make childbirth safer in Ethiopia. We believe that everyone has the right to a family, and that every woman should have access to quality care and necessary treatment during pregnancy and childbirth, no matter where she lives. These efforts are something I’m truly passionate about, and I’d like to thank Advita Patel and Priya Bates, ABC, MC, SCMP, IABC Fellow for giving me a platform to share how we champion inclusivity at Ferring. https://bit.ly/4gzZJQ1 #Inclusivity #DEI #BuildingFamiliesatFerring

This Baby Loss Awareness Week is an opportunity to come together to raise awareness of the impact of pregnancy and baby loss and support those affected. At Ferring, we recognise the importance of creating a compassionate workplace for all our employees. Through our Building Families at Ferring support package, we offer paid leave for those impacted by pregnancy or baby loss, promote awareness of family-building challenges, and provide resources for those navigating this difficult journey. No one should face this alone. Let’s continue to raise awareness, break the silence, and offer support to those who need it most. #BabyLossAwareness #PregnancyLoss #ProjectFamily #Grief #Fertility

It’s been one year since the publication of the #PPH Roadmap by HRP Research, a key milestone in the global effort to combat postpartum haemorrhage (PPH). Developed during the Global PPH Summit and through meetings with stakeholders, this roadmap was shaped by the collective expertise of global health leaders, including Ferring. With just six years left to meet the Sustainable Development Goals, which include reducing maternal deaths, our commitment to improving maternal health remains unwavering. Through our #ProjectFamily Safe Birth Commitment, we are focused on expanding access to life-saving interventions, particularly in low- and lower-middle-income countries. Together, we can make a real difference in reducing maternal deaths and improving health outcomes for mothers worldwide. Did you know that approximately 15% of the global working population is living with a mental health condition? Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme, ‘Mental Health at Work’, is a reminder of the crucial role employers play in supporting the well-being of their teams. At Ferring we understand how complex the path to parenthood can be, and taking care of your emotional well-being is a vital part of that journey. That’s why we are committed to creating a family and fertility friendly workplace through financial assistance to pursue family-building options, providing equal paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents and fostering a supportive environment for all. Together, let’s break the stigma and make mental health a priority at work. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthatWork #FertilityAwareness #ProjectFamily #TTCCommunity #MentalHealthMatters
