🌷 Happy Women’s Day & Happy Birthday, Arbi – Doppelter Grund zum Feiern! 🎉 Zum Weltfrauentag würdigen wir Arbenita Cazimi-Jakupi, die heute nicht nur ihren 45. Geburtstag feiert, sondern auch seit 24 Jahren ein unverzichtbarer Teil der FISBA-Familie ist. 2001 startete sie in der FISBA Prüfstelle. Rund 10 Jahre später wechselte sie in die Zwischen- und Endprüfung der Planoptik – ein Bereich, der sie besonders fasziniert. 2013 übernahm sie zusätzlich die Wareneingangsprüfung und absolvierte später eine Weiterbildung zur Qualitätsfachfrau. Heute ist sie Expertin für die Wareneingangsprüfung der Planoptik, beherrscht von der Dokumentation über SAP bis hin zu präzisen Messungen ihren Bereich. Neben ihrem erfolgreichen Werdegang teilt Arbi ihre persönliche Geschichte: Mit 14 Jahren kam sie aus dem Kosovo in die Schweiz – ohne Sprachkenntnisse, aber mit viel Ehrgeiz. Trotz eines schwierigen Starts in einem fremden Land, fand sie ihren Weg. Seither nennt sie uns liebevoll ihre berufliche Heimat. Heute lebt sie in Neudorf, ist verheiratet und stolze Mutter von zwei Kindern. Liebe Arbi, danke für deinen unermüdlichen Einsatz, deine Vielseitigkeit und deine Loyalität! Wir sind stolz, dich bei der FISBA zu haben. ❤️

We are proud to announce that Dr. Martin Forrer has been appointed as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Development. 👏 With an impressive 28-year journey at FISBA – including a successful previous tenure as CTO – Martin’s deep technical expertise and visionary approach have been instrumental in driving our customer-centric photonic solutions.
