Our Geneva team had the great opportunity to participate in the first MScF Internship Speed-Networking Night organized by HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. It was a nice occasion to meet the talents who will soon be integrating the finance professions and that might join Flexstone Partners !

Yesterday, our Managing Partner and CEO Eric Deram participated in a panel at the Private Assets Insights conference, who took place in Geneva. With other experts from across the industry, he shared his thoughts on the co-investment opportunity in the current market environment.

Ahead of COP 29 which kicked off today in Baku, we organized the Climate Fresk (“la Fresque du Climat”) workshop for all Flexstone employees. The Climate Fresk is a simple and interactive way to understand the causes and consequences of climate change based on scientific data from the IPCC's latest report. As a part of the workshop, our employees also learned we can all reduce our individual carbon footprint and contribute to the net zero transition through our daily actions. Thank you to all Flexstone employees for participating in the Climate Fresk workshop, and for contributing ideas to Flexstone's climate strategy.  And a big thank you to the Blue Choice consultants for leading an engaging Climate Fresk adapted to our global teams and Astrid Sineux from Natixis GFS for helping us organize the Fresk!

Yesterday evening, we had the pleasure of hosting a cocktail reception to bring together our valued investors and members of our team. It was a fantastic opportunity to share our latest milestones, discuss upcoming projects, and celebrate our mutual dedication to innovation and growth. Following our cocktail reception, today we hosted our annual Global Investor Day, to dive deeper into Flexstone Partners' investment strategy, fund offerings, and development roadmap. It was an inspiring day dedicated to transparency, growth, and mutual alignment with our investors. Throughout the morning, we detailed insights on each of our funds, highlighting recent performance; strategic initiatives; and future plans to continue creating value for our stakeholders. We thank Josh Lerner, Sandra Unger Saad and Patrick Eisenchteter for sharing their views on everything from interest rates to emerging managers. This event reinforces our commitment to maintaining open communication and strong partnerships with our investors, whose support is a driving force behind our success. Many thanks to our investors for their continued trust and support in Flexstone. We are excited to move forward with even more determination and ambition, knowing we have a solid community standing with us.

A week ago, employees from our New York office donated their time to God's Love We Deliver and helped prepare meals. The charity, which has no religious affiliation (despite its name), prepares and delivers free medically tailored meals to people too ill to cook for themselves. The team performed a variety of tasks, including peeling and chopping onions, preparing vegetable mixes, making quinoa, canning, packaging and assembling meal kits.   Our volunteers described the event as “impactful, labor-intensive, well organized and really making a difference”. We thank all participants for their continued commitment to improving the quality of life of people in need.
