Honored to have been invited to the Swiss National Science Foundation SNSF co-creation workshop, where four Global SNSF Fellows Network (GSFN) board members proudly represented the postdoc perspective. It was a great opportunity to voice the major concerns raised by our members and contribute to shaping future ECR career training. We're committed to continually listening to our network and advocating for the needs of early career researchers. 'For the Fellows, by the Fellows' – advancing together!
❓💡How to rethink the funding of scientific careers? On 23 September, the SNSF organised a one-day workshop to discuss this issue with stakeholders (higher education institutions and early-career researchers). Following a co-creation approach, these reflections should enable the #SNSF to adapt its funding schemes to meet 21st-century challenges, while at the same time improving #working conditions for researchers in #Switzerland.
