Happy #ComingOutDay! Today, we celebrate and empower LGBTI individuals who have decided to be visible and live life out loud. While we recognise the importance of visibility, let us remmeber that people decide when and how to be visible and that must be respected. As a community, we have achieved a great deal but there is still more to be done. Let us continue to work toward a society where people can be free and live their authentic lives without fear. IMAGE DESCRIPTION: The illustration shows a group of diverse people hugging and celebrating. The background shows the colours of the Pride flag. The image reads: “Coming Out Day, 11 October” The ILGA World logo sits at the bottom left of the image.
