Yesterday in Geneva, we had the pleasure to join the faculty of the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC's hospital management training week for hospital administrators from conflict areas around the world. Ronald Lavater and Thomas Dakin, and Sylvia Basterrechea engaged participants with resources from the IHF and Geneva Sustainability Centre leadership development programmes. They shared the IHF Leadership Model, a tool to strengthen the management competencies of healthcare executives, as well as delivering a workshop on actions for climate and health to build resilience into health systems and improve health outcomes, including group work using the Carbon Emissions Learning Lab (CELL).
